Djokovic he played 31 times (7 years his junior)
Nadal he played 33 times ( 6 years his junior) while Nadal and Djokovic only a year apart have played each other just a few more times 39!

Just shows how dominant Federer was and how strong his presence still is. This is true longevity. Nadal got lucky to have him in so many finals and a few SF ON CLAY to build up his h2h and conveniently ducked the indoor/hard court meetings in the beginning stages of their rivalry. Had Nadal made all those non clay court finals they probably would have played 40+ times.

I hate the way the top players make Fed look like a mediocre player! I think he is a great player but when he plays Rafa and Nole these days, Fed looks like a 2nd grader.....that breaks my heart!!!

Nice call, buddy. Fed's showing some vintage game today. And if you think either of them make Fed look "mediocre," you don't know tennis very well.

As I predicted Fed's new racquet has finally blended in with his game. Took a while for him to get adjusted. Now it's all Federer from this point on. His form, his fitness and mental toughness can elevate his 32 yr old game to top 3/4 again only if all other elements are in top shape. Great moral boosting win over Djoko to show that he is on the right track.

So now Fed has played Djoko 32 times and Nadal 33 times.
Against Djoko he is 17-15, and 10-23 against Nadal. I want him to get his next win over Nadal when they play. Preferably on hard courts or grass.
