We actually would prefer to have the higher ranked team, whomever that may be, be ranked as high as possible if we make it to the CCG. It's probably the only chance we would have to be included over a one-loss Bama/LSU or undefeated ND.

This game is making me nervous. I don’t like how Orlando’s defense breaks down with the game on the line in the 4th quarter the last two games, nor do I like how Herman has been making zero adjustments in the 2nd half and plays not to lose.

ESPN, obviously vested in TX due to the MooCow Network, has got way too big a hard-on for the horns. TX won the RRSO by 3. Sure, TX dominated most the game, but almost shit the bed in the 4th. Looking at the conference games, TX beats TCU by 15. Beat KSU by 5 pts. Barely survives BU, winning by 6.

Meanwhile, according to ESPN, OU is overrated and done. What have we done in the B12? Beat ISU by 10(ISU only lost to the Frogs by 3 and beat OSU by 6 and WV by 16, so they are legit). We crushed BU by 33. We crushed TCU by 25.

Not saying TX isn't a very good team, but lets be real. TX is surviving week by week, with a 3 pt, 5 pt and 6 pt wins....the only marginal win in the B12 over the Frogs. Still half the conf games left so we'll see. My guess is OU beats KSU by at least 14 and UT in a close one with OSU today.

Thats gonna be one heluvan atmosphere and we will have the full attention of the country on Friday night. I hope thats how it goes obviously.

You know the Big12 is gonna be entertaining as hell down the
stretch. The SEC will basically decided it's CCG game participants
this week.

The Pac12 is gonna be Utah vs Washington State or some 3-loss
team.

The ACC CCG is gonna feature Clemson vs one of 3 teams that
want to lose one more time.

The Big10 is a one-game match-up (Ohio St-Michigan) vs Northwestern or Iowa.

But the Big12 is gonna feature WVU-Texas. OU-WVU. IowaST-Texas (Iowa St is dangerous as hell). I'm hesitant to include
Okie St-OU, but depending on team emotion that game could
have a bearing on a race with no divisions that will take two
from OU, Texas and WVU to play again.

That's gonna come down to the final week of play.
