I'll bite.

Yes, but I'm not going to completely blame him for that performance. The real the problem for Michigan on offense is that:

The offensive line can't block (Hoke didn't fire Funk who obviously can't coach)

We have a WR playing QB

No other QB on the roster to actually supplant #98 (or so it seems)

Only one legitimate receiver (since the other guy is playing QB and our TE is hurt)

A weird fascination with an overrated RB who gets taken down after first contact

Nussmeier has only been here for one summer and these were problems that we had last year. I did expect him to fix a lot of problems, but when you have an incompetent boss who has instilled a defeatist's mentality within the team what can you really do?

He's not scheming behind Bama's OLine anymore and he needs to adjust his play-calling. But again these issues have been consistent throughout Hoke's tenure. It's the culture that he fosters. Personally if Nussmeier is going to sink his career at this has-been of a program I'd rather he do it as the interm coach.Sure these are Hoke's players, but I feel that if they had the right coach they would be respectable. They've already shown some flashes.

Fun fact: Michigan is 3-7 in their last 10 games. Two of those were against Indiana, who scored 47 in a loss, and Northwestern, a triple overtime "thriller".

As an Ohio State fan it's kinda hard for me to look at Michigan objectively.

That said, the QB position has been weak for several years and they've lacked a signature RB or WR to help the offense.

The defense seems ordinary again and it's hard for me to picture Michigan as even a minor threat in the Big 10 East.

Then if michigan changes coaches AGAIN...then we have to hear their fans cry the same shit....give the new coach time for HIS recruits....even tho hokes best year was with dik rods recruits.....and the more hoke recruits that play.....the worse the record gets.....but hey.....we will always hear about their history from 1897 and the 5 star recruits theyre pulling in..
