Honestly we were stacked with nothing, we had Felix and Iwakuma as proven starters and 3 BIG question marks in the starting rotation. Everyone should have known the bullpen was not going to repeat that miracle of a season they had the previous season. Hitting wise we had Cano, Cruz and Seager. Smith turned out to be reliable bat, but other than that there were black holes EVERYWHERE.

Its like everyone in the Mariners organization such as players, coaches, managers and front office get their participation trophies at the end of the year and that's it.

A losing culture does this to an organization.

Sadly enough the guys that are being paid big money(Felix, Cano, Cruz) should be the ones that step up and be the leaders... They have no interest in that now they have the big dollars. Everyone looks for a pay day here and they dont care about winning.
