This has been going on for a minute now. Any video, gif or Vine on Twitter will put like a transparent freeze frame of the initial frame that will stay there for the entirety of the media. Like this...
It even does it if I try to watch one that has been embedded here, on the Hoop, if it's from Twitter. I can click on the "Vine" link and watch it perfectly fine on Vine's website or I can click the full screen mode on the gifs and watch it fine, which seems fairly crazy to me. It seems to only happen on Twitter. I've tried everything I've seen on Google (turning off extensions, trying it in Incognito mode, clearing cache/cookies) all to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Fwiw, I'm using a Chromebook (same one I've been using for 3+ years with no issues til now) but everything works fine on my work computer, which I use Chrome on also.
