For whatever reason the MLB is much more enjoyable this year than any other year. In fact, the last time I followed the MLB this closely was probably back in 1997.

It just seems much more tolerable to watch on TV. It's gotten so enjoyable, I look forward to Wednesday night because I know baseball will be on.

so happy these guys might make the playoffs. Cubs playing ball in October is such a nostalgic feeling.

Yeah, they added a pitching clock and batters are only allowed to step out of the box after a foul ball or getting their feet moved. No more stepping out and adjust your batting gloves after every looked on pitch.

Baseball can also be seen on days that are not Wednesday. This includes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
