I don't care for them with the bloodsplatter on them. I think they'd look a lot better if Army, Navy or AF was wearing them.

Never happen, Due to regulations and flag code. Section 8d. reads, "The flag should never be used as wearing apparel." this should not be done by any team.

Agree 100% this is one of the most disrespectful displays I have ever seen and I sincerely hope it is a joke. Having blood splatter as part of the uniform is absolutely disgraceful and distasteful even if the flag was not incorporated.

I would probably agree with you if the UNI's weren't designed for a fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project...something John failed to mention. I don't personally care for the design, but if the organization vetted the design I am not going to second guess...and kudos to Northwestern for auctioning of the the jerseys after the game.

BTW...the flag code applies to actual flags, not images of flags printed on things.

Oh calm down. Concentrate on why and what cause they are wearing them for instead of being offended by them for whatever reason.
