Did he really need those antics to get the kid? Lots of top coaches dont need them to get top talent. I dont think its the antics that got the kid to sign. And he is the only CB in the 2016 class for MI. He wanted to start right away.

If it was due to Harbaugh's antics (seriously doubt it), I wouldn't want him anyway. What a stupid reason to pick a school.

Ellupo, UM returns their entire secondary, which included two all-Americans with the exception of Jarrod Wilson, who was a safety.

So while he will have a shot to beat out a starter, but he isn't guaranteed anything

Signing one CB means they have not only returning starters but their backups as well. Michigan didn't graduate a single player at CB on their depth chart. If a player signed because he wanted to start right away, going to a school that was a top 5 pass defense and returning all their starters and backups isn't ideal.
