Idiot got picked up on a DUI...its one thing after another for him. Even though he restructured his deal it might be time to cut him loose. He is already missing the first month. We can likely tack two or three games on top of that now.

He's definitely not the brightest bulb, but .086 is not really a very high BAC. It wasn't that long ago when he'd have been legal. Plenty of people drive with levels higher than .086.

But the optics are really horrible for a guy with his history. I can't see the Packers keeping him around after this considering his past.
