So Lightning fans,

Looks like it's you guys and us at the top of the Eastern Conference. I know it's early, but this is probably the ideal matchup for Eastern Conference supremacy. Pens & Bolts, 2 of the top offensive teams with superstar names like Sid/Geno & Stamoks/St Louis. Not to mention 2 of the best logos in the NHL (other one being the Blackhawks). Anyways, want to congratulate you guys on your early successes this season, I have been very impressed with your team's performance so far. Good luck the rest of the way.

Thanks Doobee it is a good team we have, only time will tell how good. The Pens are off good as expected, great team. An interesting season shaping up. I got tickets for the Ottawa game Dec 5. I couldn't believe how cheap they were compared to other big name teams.

That's a good game too, Cory Conacher returns to Tampa & Bishop should be squaring off against his old team. Lots of good young talent on both teams, 2 of the best farm systems in the business are Syracuse & Binghamton.

thanks doobee we shall see if the lightning can hang in there on top of are divison! But with what I have seen so far I expect the lightning in the playoffs this year. If Bishop can keep up his play then yes it could go down to the penguins vs the lightning. I still think to beat out the penguins stevie Y needs to add a defenseman at the trade deadline.

Yeah still early, but the Lightning do look vastly improved. Not sure if they'll win the division or even make the playoffs, but they do look like contenders which is a big step over the past 2 seasons. Good luck to you guys, I know you're very passionate fans and deserve a competitive team to root for.

Hey guys, was wondering if you had any ideas for the banner. I'm done with the Hawks banner, so Lightning banner is next on my list. If you could give me any ideas or suggestions other than Stamkos & St. Louis, much appreciated.
