It's gotta be ACC because 1 team has 4 OOC. When does/did the big10 go to 9 conference games?

It's the ACC. Two teams have 2 FCS OOC games, but fwiw, Old Dominion, Troy, and South Alabama are FBS.

They're beating up on the Sun Belt and the CAA

Yep, definitely some cupcakes. Outside of those with traditional OOC rivals in the SEC, there isn't too much to speak of.

There is UVA playing UCLA, ND, Boise, and their cupcake of W&M which is a pretty good OOC schedule.

VT has the defending champs and Furman at home before traveling to Purdue and ECU. Not the greatest, but OSU and ECU will be tough

Miami also has a couple decent games with Neb and Cincy.

UNC has South carolina and Illinois. For some reason they decided to pair those games with two FCS schools.

2016. 2016 is a fairly significant year for OOC scheduling. Big10 goes to a 9 game conference schedule and bans the scheduling of FCS schools. SEC starts requiring all members to schedule a P5 opponent, much to the dismay of aTm

Clemson taking a break this year with Wofford and Appalachian State but will get back to playing SEC teams next year. Auburn in 2016-17 and A&M 2018-19, should be fun.

That's no lie. In 2011 they were the only team to score more than 14 points on that Bama defense. They ran it right down our throats.
