He'll surely suspend Gronk for being generally aware that his logo looked like Jordan's. A lifetime ban I think is about right.

Why does Nike care? That Jordan logo is epic and will forever be etched into our minds. Nobody is buying (outside of Boston and a few plebs in San Diego) a GRONK logo.
