That article's crap. It basically says that the evidence says he probably thought he was cheating but it shouldn't matter because someone might have been ripping him off.

If he thought he was cheating he's a cheater.

Very interesting, there is a lot of truth to what that writer wrote, but it's the union's bed so to speak. The possibility of a work stoppage in 2016 is out there now I believe, this could get ugly.

To me, this article doesn't hold a lot of weight. The author is able to show the potential abuse of the current system, and how someone who has been wrongly accused could be unjustly punished. However! I think Alex Rodriguez's circumstances don't really fit his counter to the MLB's actions.
