Gonna Miss Louis Nix

There have been a few recent swan song articles about Louis Nix this week, given that its Senior Day coming up and he in all probability won't be back for a fifth year (even though he's eligible). I gotta say, as talented as he is, he seems easily one of the most personable, if not outright funny people you could ever meet. He kinda reminds me of Art Donvan. I can only hope he has as long and distinguished a career as old Art (RIP) and that he can regale his stories on the late night talks show circuit when he's older.

As much as we'll miss his services next season, he deserves all the success that comes his way. I like this guy and will miss him.

Beyond his abilities on field which are unquestionable. I think he's an entertaining person and a good ambassador for the school.

He will be starting on Sunday for someone!!! I enjoy his tweets from time to time, and that play in the Blue&Gold game was pretty funny!!

I disagree. He's a prototypical 3-4 NT. His job is to suck up blockers, not score a lot of tackles. He is also playing with a torn meniscus that he isn't going to repair until after the season. Very few have handled him one on one. Quick, name a higher rated 3-4. NT in college right now. Even if he's not the best he's easily top 5

Well he got destroyed in the NC game. I think he is good but nothing great. I understand NT aren't flashy but I expected more from him. I don't think he has done his job this year if so our LBs would be able to get more sacks or pressure on the QB. I think he will be an ok NFL player. He will be a 1st rd pick but I think after his last game for ND and the draft we won't here too much about him. I do wish him luck and maybe whoever drafts him will help him develop more.

done for the year. Now we have a very slim chance at beating BYU and stanford. What a bad season after having one of the best seasons in a very long time.
