Gissom at 97

Geneo Grissom DE is the pick at 97. He plays DE, OLB, ILB, and Safety and has actually played TE. Fast, flexible and an excellent LB in man to man coverage, especially TEs.

So far, all defense.....maybe a couple of OL tomorrow.

I like this pick. You just picked up a guy who can play 3 spots as Ken said. He can also get after the QB. People are comparing him to Collins, not as good, but similar style. No issue with someone who can provide depth at 3 spots.

Totally agree a true BB type of player. Nothing stands out about him. A 37" vertical is his best intangible I feel. I think it was a reach. Probably could've gotten him later. Oh well BB and staff know better then me so obviously there is something there they liked?

There were 9 DE's picked after him. We grabbed the first 2 of the lot. I'm not sure it was a reach......
We "lost" Nate Orchard earlier, It was time for the DE's to start coming off.....
