and thats why Ferriero belongs in the AHL. How the hell do u miss the net on a clear 2-1 with a wide open shot.

Actually, it was a bad pass with to much lead on it, Ferriero had to reach for it to just to get the puck under control for a shot, had it been a better pass it wouldve been a one time snipe top shelf.

Nice to get the win. It got iffy there, but I'll put a little bit of the blame on it being the 2nd game of a back to back and the D getting some huge minutes tonight. Hopefully a move will be made to get a better defenseman in here, but either way you gotta think the D will improve even a little next game having 6 players and none being named Wallin or Huskins.

Well I hope so, since the Sharks next game is against the Wings!

Who's that fool in the Oilers jersey who keeps standing up when the puck is deep in the Sharks end? Somebody should drill that guy.

lol, Dash, you are the man. That is all.

They were almost trying to give that game away at the end. But Down two dmen and get both points? I'll take it.

Aren't the Sharks down 2 dmen every night when Huskins and Wallin play?

Huskins and Wallin are pylons, I actually hope they are out for a long time so we can get a real good look at some of these young guys (Moore, Joslin, and Braun and if I'm lucky maybe even Petrecki). Now if only someone could take out Vlasic...I'd be a happy camper :)

I'm still holding out hope that Vlasic can turn into something even remotely resembling his 2007-2009 forms, but I won't shed a tear at all for Huskins or Wallin. I would have preferred them getting traded over being injured, but there's not a whole lot now that can be done. To steal a phrase from Filo yesterday, heal slowly guys.

Call me a hater but I didn't think his "2007-2009 forms" were anything to write home about either. I've always thought of Vlasic as soft with zero offensive capabilities. Sure, there was a point in time where he was solid and didn't make many mistakes but even then he was a bottom pairing d-man.

I think Vlasic best year, was when he was playing with Scott Hannan. Hmm.... maybe Doug should try and bring Hannan back.

Slow skating with no puck moving ability. Sounds right up Dougies alley. Wilson would force him to accept a raise before coming though...
