Well on the bright side the last time the Sharks trailed the Coyotes by 2 going into the third they won. And they actually played worse than this in that game.

Wow I have never seen anything like that. The Sharks couldn't connect on a pass or control the puck to save their lives.

They made it interesting, but it was quite obvious they didn't care. Finishing in 2nd and possibly getting home ice against Detroit just isn't important to this team I guess. Although the Sharks did almost manage to tie it, they got 0 points, exactly what they deserved from this game.
