LA sends some call-up to the mound so there's no ownage to be had. Loney has some ownage on Cain (.341/.413/.512 with 10 RBIs) but that's it really.

Cain throws a gem and the Bums never get on the scoreboard. 6-0 good guys and another game in the standings.

I understand the Doggies are going to start some scrub bench player at 3B as well.

We have this one in the bag...

Actually, Queefier has pretty good numbers vs. Cainer 22-47 (.468) however, that 20 singles, one 2B, and one 3B. Loney, as was mentioned is 14-41 (.341). Overall, doyers hitting .292 off Cainer.

Fuck those fucking doyer fucks. 6-0 GMen. AND I will be there.

Schierholtz leading off again? If we're going to go unconventional, I'd rather have Belt leading off.

2 years ago this week:

PTMFB went yard in the 8th inning off of Broxton to beat the doyers 2-1 (Zito pitched his ass off that day)...slayed 17 Marina hotties that night...
SabeySabes acquired LOOGY and RamRam...
The doyers acquired Riot....

And now we have Riot and are looking into acquiring JBrox.

Weird.

And they have JU. Maybe not for long though.

No Barney Fife jokes yet?

"A dog can't get struck by lightning. you know why? 'Cause he's too close to the ground. See, lightning strikes tall things. Now if they were giraffes out there in the field, now then we'd have trouble."

Love them Melkmaids.

Kruk: "I don't know if I even want to watch the game right now."

Kuip: "My milkshakes bring all the boys to the yard..."

Hee hee.

Nate with the lead-off walk!

Fife appears very slow to home plate. Hope to see some steals tonight.

Geez, maybe Nate should just bat leadoff. Sure, it's a SSS, but he looks like a completely different player - he TAKES A WALK!

Splits for July : .270/.341/.541/.882

I am most amazed by the OBP. Last 7 days, OBP of .375 (BEFORE tonight's lead-off walk)

We said that through ST and the first three weeks of the season and then he went nuts till mid June. He just streaky as hell

I was really afraid of his defense, after the Mets' boards were so happy to see him go because of his defensive shortcomings. He's made his mistakes, but he's made some pretty damn impressive plays as well.

Cain not locating that breaking ball very well, but it hasn't hurt him yet.

20 pitches through two. Get Barney out there again!
