I hate bad ump calls but I hate bad baseball decisions even more. Shouldn't need the ref/ump to bail out boneheaded plays

Not asking for the umps to bail the Giants out of a bone-headed play. I am, however, asking them to GET THE FUCKING CALL RIGHT!

In the end, it worked out best for the Giants. This is now a game we will all remember for the rest of our lives, and could be a catalyst game for launching the Giants and sinking the Rox.

Well we still lost that 2010 Cincy game, which stung at the time but that was a crazy one.

Wow, I didn't even notice. Good call.

The "other" game had more of an impact, though. That game did end our season, and cost us a stud prospect.

This game has the potential to be a season highlight, but we did not win the division today.

To be fair, Scoots could have been called out for running out of the basepath (I don't think that was the call, but it could have been). The principle remains: don't make the umps HAVE to make the right call -- Stamos, hit the fucking ball out of the infield and Scoots, don't try to take third.

Nonetheless, Ruck the Fockies.
