Wearing it = he's jumping on the bandwagon (kinda lame)

Carrying it = he has a kid who's a fan (kinda normal)

I've done a lot of thinking ever since the conclusion of the NLDS Tox.....I've thought long and hard.....and it was a tough decision, it really was.....but I've decided that I really want the Giants to beat the Phillies. I regret to inform you that it will not be quick and painless.....it will be like pulling a band-aid off of a 40 year old Serbians arm.....slowly. It will go the whole 7 games.....and it will be gut-wrenching.

I know how disappointed you must be and I apologize in advance.

He was carrying it. Looked to be college age, maybe 20 or 21. He was still wearing the Pads cap, which made it extra classic. It was one of the blue w/ red bill Philly hats, too. At least go classic if you're gonna jump ship.

I was very close to shouting the bandwagon fan comment, but the light changed and I was too busy laughing to myself, wishing there was someone close by to point it out to. I immediately thought, "I wonder how long it took him until he got rid of the Dodger cap."
