I don't see Brazil drawing or losing to Cameroon. And then you have Brazil with a 1 goal differential and 2 goals scored tiebreaker edge over Mexico. That means Mexico would need to score at least 3 goals while hoping Brazil only win 1-0. I think Mexico tries to play it safe, since a tie against Croatia will get them through.
