No matter what MIA or the fans say I think they would prefer the #1 seed even with the #2 bracket being easier. The only 2 teams that can knock off the Heat are BK and IND (no matter how bad IND is playing right now) and 1 of them no matter what they will have HCA.

Saying that, Friday may be the only regular season game Wade plays from here on out.

Pretty sure Friday won't be the only game Wade plays. Entering the playoffs playing one game in the last 3 weeks is beyond stupid. He will play in 3 games to shake off the rust

From a fat gain perspective yes, from a performance perspective even a joe shmoe like you or I a low quality diet will have very negative effects on performance.

I relate the human body to gas powered vehicles. Highest end vehicles like Ferrari's (NBA players), top fuel dragsters (Olympic Sprinters) and even monster trucks (NFL players) can run on regular fuel (standard diet you or I might use but a much higher calorie allowance for heightened activity). They run optimally on pure ethanol (an elite diet plan tailor made for that individual by a specialist).

And the Ford focus (you or I) can optimally run on ideal 2000 calorie diet recommendations (this does not mean Burger King) but it will run optimally on an elite diet designed by an elite nutritionist.

And getting a substantial amount of calories from burger king and donuts is like filling your tank up but the gas is mixed with swamp water so not only will you not have enough octane to finish the race but you will run slowly until you die.

Or to ensure you have enough octane to finish the race you can fill up your back seat with fuel too, but that leads to fat storage.

You forget how dumb you think Spo is and how weak their 1st round opposition will be. Sadly, they can work this out through the 1st round if they are the 1 seed and 1st 2 if they are the 2 seed.

Last year Wade was in a similar position and he played the final week. They're going to have him play one game and sit for another week....It's not happening.

IMO there is a finality to Wade this year.

Follow me here, Wade last year had an injury that only time would heal. The Kobe Germany treatment was not an option due to completely different injuries.

He played through that for the win streak and then struggled through the playoffs.

He then had a whole offseason and as much of the regular season as he wanted to get healthy. He is still not healthy.

Now they claim a hamstring injury. If his injury is truthful this year hamstring injuries are an issue that don't get better with time. It is an aging issue. As all of us but Kobe fans know father time is undefeated (bazinga Kobe fans). The older you get the less you can recover from.

If his injury is a get some rest tendonitis thing, he has missed way too much time for that to be the sole reason and they are covering up an underlying issue of finality.

Both are red flags and a sign of a last campaign for Wade IMO.

As good as the LAC are OKC is at that next level.

There are 2 elite teams right now...well 1 and it is OKC. MIA should recover but it is OKC and MIA as 1-2 and the finals will be a rematch.

Also if I could build a team and I wasn't allowed to choose a center I am choosing Ibaka and Sefolosha, give me the D and 3 the rest is easy.
