Nice to finally get a lucky bounce. We were having to work too hard for goals up until that point. It should still be more than a two goal lead, but we'll take it.

Hopefully we open the third period with a power play goal and just about seal this up.

The final score doesn't matter to me just as long as we win in regulation. We led virtually start to finish and despite several pushes by them, they never could tie it.

Raffl, Schenn, Couturier and Mason all had incredible games along with the entire fourth line. We had six power plays, but should've had two more with Ghost getting clipped up high twice. That wreaks of Detroit routinely getting beat and needing to cheat in order to recover.

The Wings and everyone in the Nhl are on notice that we're coming.

Last 15 games for both teams:

6-7-2 for Detroit (14 points)

9-3-3 for Philadelphia (21 points)

We're winning more games and getting to OT more often when we do lose.

Lol I'm stirring shit up a bit on the main board. Bunch of Wing fans and nobody representing us, so fuck them. They are crying some, but definitely lost this game fair and square. 46 shots is the most they've given up all year aside from the 2nd game of the season. We rocked them in the 1st and truly should've been up 4-0.

I have to give Ghost credit too. A strong game from him despite some turnovers. He gets six shots, a +2 rating and what ends up being the game winning goal on a well-deserved lucky bounce. Also, he made a number of great defensive plays, including passes intercepted.
