Never liked blaming calls or non-calls. The Kings just flat out didn't play hungry enough. The Ducks did. Simple as that.

This is what I don't get, the Kings one of the best puck possession teams aren't showing it this series. They Anaheim D isn't as stellar yet the Kings have yet to take it to them. It seems they are content with point shots vs the grind it out cycle, move the puck and generate chances.

I totally agree, the Kings looked flat and didn't play their game. Yes, the reffing sucked but that happens. Good teams overcome that and just play their game and win.

If anything, Quick should have stopped that shot IMO. From the outside, no screen, no deflection. I'm not going to drill the guy because he has bailed this team out countless times but I am pretty sure he wants that one back.
