Fox Hinted at Trubisky in his Post-Game Presser Pretty Hard

"Trubisky's four games into his rookie season now. Obviously, we have a big gap coming up here, a mini-bye week. We'll look at everything. Not just the QB position either, we'll look at everything."

I hated that we conceded the entire 4th quarter. However, it did seem to me when they began running the ball that this could be Fox's way of benching Glennon mid-game. Without having to insert Trubisky with no preparation.

I think they wanted so badly to baby Trub through the bye week, but Glennon has forced the issue. He signed his own death certificate tonight, and I think it's finally time for Trub to debut on Monday Night Football.

Why not Sanchez? He isn't a good QB, but he's at least average. He's a competent backup, for sure.

Nobody can be worse than this. It has to be worth a shot.

Same... if you really think Trub isn't ready, or are afraid of the upcoming defensive schedule. Then you play Sanchez. Sanchez has proven he is a competent backup, and can play at an average level. That is light years better than Glennon.
