Why? No penalties were given or will be given out. The NASCAR official told the crew not to put on a wheel spacer, but they did it anyway. Not sure why the official told them not to. It's pretty common to be called to the hauler for disobeying an official.

Congrats to Harvick & his fans though. Winning the last two races to win the championship. Not a bad way to do it!

just rewatched the end of the race...feel cheated. no post race fight? someone should have at least given harvick a push in the back or knocked his kid down.

How so? SHR is essentially a Hendrick operation. They use Hendrick engines and the two organizations share engineering data. They debrief and have meetings at HMS regularly. Heck, they went so far this week that the 4 had Hendrick engineers with them at the track. Hendrick was even in the victory celebration (when the other SHR cars win, he's there too if you're paying attention). It's technically not his name on the car but he still made money.
