If determined that the puck was touched by the stick, wouldn't that be called off as a high stick? I don't think it did touch the stick.

If you hack the puck off the top of the net, aren't you by default above the bar and the goal shouldn't count? This should be no goal.

I don't think the puck touched the stick at all, so not sure how they could call that a high stick. Though I do think that any puck sitting on the top of the net should be blown dead. That's a dangerous maneuver to slash straight down on the top of the goal like that.
