No.

but you will miss a lot of flavor if you havent. The show is made assuming you are familiar with a lot of these characters futures.

It would not hurt, but is not needed by a lot. Some cameos you would miss, but nothing critical/

I thought it was all one season, although it makes a big shift 2/3 of the way in and feels like a different season with a different opening theme. It’s still good after the shift, but not great IMO. I need to rewatch sometime.
