If Clemson loses they almost will have to. It sounds horrible to me but the only way the B1G champion gets in is if that happens. Otherwise it's the 4 we have now, right or wrong that's the way it is.

If they were to put in both Michigan and Ohio State over their conf champ, it's going to cause all of the P5's to evaluate how they select a champions because what does it mean to be one if it doesn't help you get to the playoffs? It's chaos beyond just who the final 4 are. Could lead to the end of head to head deciding division champions.

IMO there is virtually no chance Michigan makes it now. They absolutely needed UW to lose last night and Clemson to lose today. With that said, there is still the possibility the B1G gets two if Clemson loses. A very big possibility. The only team that could possibly sneak in is OU and that's highly doubtful. Even with a conference title to their name.

But should Clemson win,it will comedown to the B1G championship. If Wisconsin wins Ohio St probably gets the nod with little drama. However should PSU win, that's when it becomes interesting. So many factors both ways.

Just my opinion though.
