Because you're taking away two of his aces, and giving him a shit tons of bats, somethign he obviosuly doesn't need. That's how it;s not in his favor. Just because you load up a bunch of dudes to send over, doesn't make it a good deal. You gotta look at his roster and see what he needs. I'll give you a hint, bats aren't it bro.

Ehhh, I dunno. Butler is very good, I'll give you that. But Heyward is suckign balls, along with being hurt. Youk is good, but he's hurt as well. And Beltran isn't much better than Gomez, his 3rd OF. Kemp and CarGo are much better than he.

That's what i was getting at. You can't expect him to give away two of his (underperforming) aces for a bunch of bats. That wouldn't really help him. You've gotta look at what he needs and try that way. If it doesn't work, try someone that does need those bats.
