I get the waiver rules, but I can't think of a reason we shouldn't be allowed to drop someone...unless this is all part of some nefarious Milkian Plan?

oh... I know why... its because Rich hill is starting for you... if you put him on your bench first and then drop him it will work... another weird fantrax feature...
