Broncos haven't been this bad since '29.

I said this before and I'll say it again, this is by far the best eagles teams through 8 games I've ever witness. The offense is so fluent. The defense is so quick and smart. Simply amazing.

I don't know....for the decoy he is supposed to be....he just isn't executing the gameplan well.

This is definitely the best Eagles team since the Super Bowl season. Let's hope they can keep getting better--which they amazingly have to date--and finally win this thing!

Just got back from Philadelphia. It was really a nice day for the game, especially when the sun came out in the third quarter. There weren’t too many empty seats in the stadium. I really expected the Denver D to give us more trouble.
It appears that Jay Ajayi is going to be a big help in the running game also. And Wentz is really something else as he took that hit and stayed down for a couple of minutes while everyone held their breath. The Broncos were penalized for a personal foul. But the next play he recovered just fine and threw a touchdown pass to the end zone. One thing I noticed today and I remarked to my son, was that the Philadelphia Police were there in a greater force than I can remember from attending other games. The Marine Corp silent drill team performed at halftime and were quite impressive. I had seen them once before. And during the National Anthem all the players on both teams stood, which I was glad to see. My son has the season tickets but I usually get to a couple of games a year with him and his sons. Today he also had a field sideline pass for him and his oldest son to see the players up close for a half hour before the game. He took some pictures and if and when he sends them to me I will try to post them.

Heard on WIP that every other time the Eagles went 8-1 to start the season, they either reached the title game/Super Bowl or won it.

A bye week but then a few tough games with the Cowboys, Rams and Seahawks. But go figure, the Redskins beat the Seahawks today.

I've read the praise on this play a few times today. Love it! And they picked the absolute best time to run it. I love the idea that Miller is going to own that right side anyway. Let him through and make him make a choice. If you can execute it well you can win with it. And Wentz executed it so amazingly well!

The pic of Elway above... does that coat (navy blue?) go with those slacks (black)????? Just doesn't look right to me. The security guy below suit/tie looks better imho. What do I know, I have no fashion sense tho. lol

As long as Cam Newton is in the NFL no one else in the NFL (player, coach or front office) will need to worry about their fashion sense being questioned.
