This guy has been brilliant in all the most important ways. His playbook, his pick for DC, his development of the QB and in creating a lockerroom that's fighting together every day and every play.

I am very pleased.

We can use this thread to document any of it. Most recently and revelant being his use of and handling of Ajayi.
