He didn't earn anything. Ross was quoted yesterday at the owner's meetings that the only reason he did it was because he didn't want to have a lame duck coach. Playoffs or bust for Philbin.

Yep agreed he can easily be cut loose after this season....although I'm hoping that the guy has learned something.
