Dolphins considering run at WR Kevin White?

Sources tell CBS Sports' Rob Rang that the Dolphins are considering trading up into the top-ten draft picks, targeting West Virginia WR Kevin White.
We encourage readers to take every draft-related "report" with a heaping grain of salt this time of year, but the Fins need a bookend for Kenny Stills with Jarvis Landry stationed in the slot, and White would give them a dynamic presence on the perimeter. Likened to T.O. by NFL Films' Greg Cosell, White is an explosive power receiver who should make an early-career living running after the catch. The Dolphins currently have the No. 14 overall pick. I don't understand why they picked up Wallace in the first place! He didn't fit their offense then and never did! So, my question is -- if they're NOT planning on a deep passing game -- why load up on deep threats?

Not so sure about that...Buffalo gave up 2 1st and another pick to get their receiver last year...that was moving up 4 spots I believe
