No GM, could be a problem. The recently departed hasn't overseen us out of the first round in a few years. Iggy is the man (that can't shoot free throws), but with what he gets paid surely we could get some outside sharpshooting.
Regardless, the next GM has to worry about 1) getting out of the first round 2) if making it to the NBA Finals not getting embarrassed and swept by the Heat (or Pacers).
