Like I said before, there's too much upside here to ignore. Kid has fucked up royally in Columbia...gets his hat handed to him...apparently sees the writing on the wall i.e. he's not ready for the NFL yet and OU would give him the best opportunity to get the coaching and guidance which will maximize his potential.

Maybe he realizes now that every misstep is millions of dollars flying out the window.

Hope he makes it happen for himself.

If I'd been derided and blackballed for all my missteps I'd be living under a bridge somewhere begging for change.

It was a done deal the minute he showed interest the guy is an incredible talent. I hope he has cleaned up his act and more than likely has but I can certainly understand if Missouri fans are pissed he was the highest ranked recruit ever to sign with them so its a huge loss. Doesn't help that it was Oklahoma that picked him up.

Michael Dixon had a basketball career after we let him go and now DGB will have a football career. Recruits are going to look at Mizzou as being unfair and it'll hurt them.

It is amazing. Kids mother gets cancer, so he transfers. He has to sit out one year. Kid is thrown out for multiple arrests and he sits out 1 year. Completely fair.
