I could be wrong, but i don't see this happening before September 1st. Fernando hit 99 on the radar gun yesterday. Unfortunately there was no movement on his fastball and Tex was waiting for it when he threw it again. Tex outsmarted him. But 99 is still 99 and because 99 is 99, Fernando has some trade value. And as long as he does, they will exhaust every avenue to find a trade partner.
