Brown said that per Colorado law, the domestic violence enhancer was added to the charge because of the relationship between Jeudy and the woman. Also per Colorado law, the domestic violence enhancer prevents release at least until an appearance before a judge.

He will see a judge. His attorney will tell the court he didn't know any better. and he has signed up for counseling.
Judge will issue a TRO and let him go. He is not a risk.

Damn really? Local news has yet to mention anything about possible RICO charges. Where did you hear he could be charged with that?

I believe Colorado has a law that if police are called out for some kind of domestic disturbance, they HAVE to make an arrest. But yeah this sounds like the kind of thing that two people would resolve 99% of the time without any issue, but this is the 1% where someone called the cops so here we are.

Courts/police need to figure how bad it is before you let the 2 get close to each other.

A lot of places have that rule. Main reason is to provide a cooling off period.

I dunno. A committee of some sort. They interviewed him about it briefly at the draft. I'm 99% sure that's what he said and it's starting this year.
