Jeter was just a little better then average baseball player who got put in the best possible position when he came up as a rookie.He came into a legendary Yankees team who went on to win 4 championships 3 of them being a 3 peat. You could have put anyone on that Yankees team and they would all have 5 rings right now.Their are so many great players who are just as good if not better than Derek Jeter who haven't been as lucky. He was a good ballplayer but he is way overrated and over-hyped people think that he was the reason the Yankees won 5 rings? haha that is really funny.
