games played? wow, he is clutch!!!!!

classic accumulator

basically a regular season of playoffs
200 hits
143 singles
32 doubles
5 triples
20 home runs (19 if you count Jeffrey Maier)
61 rbi
18 steals
111 runs scored

clutch!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you trying to make an argument that this isn't very good?

Not any more than Posada, Williams, One Pitch, etc.
And yet all their rate stats dropped in the playoffs. In fact, every single player on the top 10 for career postseason plate appearances has a lower postseason OPS than regular season OPS, except for 2. Derek Jeter and David Ortiz.

No, I'm saying it's no different than his regular season stats

If he was truly clutch, his stats would actually get better in the playoffs

Is that an official definition of 'clutch' or just something you made up to help your argument?

So if he was a .200 hitter, and hit .300 in the playoffs, he would be clutch. But since he's a .300 hitter and he hits .300 in the playoffs, he isn't clutch.

Once again, who made that up?

'Common sense' isn't a person so unless you can't provide specifics, it's clear you just made up this definition as you went along..
