No, but the NCAA broke rules when investigating them and will likely have to throw all of the evidence out. Meanwhile, Miami self imposed two bowl bans already so I would think they could go after them.

Miami is a hoodrat program but the NCAA is worse and the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

I think with Miami already giving themselves a 2 year bowl ban. All involved are no longer even apart of the program, the NCAA should say, you've served enough. OR at the most just to make it look like they didn't get off the hook, give them a little schollie reduction for a year two and just give them simple probation.

The NCAA definately fucked up.

Three post season opt outs, suspended 7 players for up to 8 games in 2011, self imposed 5 schollys for 2013, completed. There may be a couple of years of probation and maybe a couple of schollys for 2014. But thats about it.

Sorry guys, the Canes are not going anywhere but up (couldn't go much farther down as of late).
