We don't need their coach we need their quarterback. So if they come in a package deal yes for sure.

He will land with the Giants

I assume after some back and forth, they settle on a 3rd or 4th rounder

and when I look at the hottest coaching candidates, I think Peyton is well worth the draft compensation

No thanks on Adam Gase or any of these other schmucks

Payton is a good coach... It would be a mistake for the Saints to let him or Brees go. We'll see. Not that it matters... Fisher is not going anywhere.

No. We have plenty of holes to fill and need all the picks we can get.

I think a good coach like Payton would be able to turn the offense around. But it's a moot point since Fisher is coming back.

I have no problems with Payton as a coach at all and would love for him to come to the Rams and definitely agree that he'd be able to turn our offense around. Now if we could do a coaching trade and send Fisher to New Orleans for him, even with a late round pick, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Yep, re-unite Payton with Gregg Williams? Methinks the NFL would step in and nix that deal similar to what Stern did to the Lakers with the CP3 trade.

Fisher isn't going anywhere, they already announced that.
I'm kind of wondering if we will look at a new offensive coordinator since we fired Frank Cignetti. Sure we promoted Rob Boras, but was this only temporary just to finish the season? Our offense still sucks and is last in the league in many categories. With all of these firings going on now's the time to consider a change for the better! What will Fisher do? Sit on his hands? Or will he go after an offensive minded genious? Retro....I already know what your answer will be on this!....LOL!

Boras will be the guy. Who's going to want to come here and be OC when we don't have a QB?? A problem we wouldn't have if we didn't trade someone away....

And now Tom Coughlin is available. Coughlin would turn this franchise around in a New York minute. But as Zeke has already stated, we are stuck with Fisher!

If the Giants haven't ruled out trading a draft pick for a head coach, I'm calling them about Jeff Fisher.

Fisher would go because he knows the Rams will eventually relocate and he knows his contract is up after next year. With the Giants, he gains stability, Eli Manning, the 10th pick (RB Ezekial Elliot) in the draft and the glamour and prestige of the New York market.

The Rams would get a 2nd or a 3rd and 5th. Then we sign up Tom Coughlin!
