Stars could use a guy like Tyler Seguin, I hope he can go for round 2.

I thought going into the game 7 is that Dallas would have a much better chance against the Blues than Chicago. I think they definitely have a shot to beat the Blues but I still pick the Blues in 6.

Dallas dominated Chicago in the season series between the two teams while they went 1-1-3 against the Blues. It should be a close series, but I'm mainly cheering for Dallas in order to turn a 2nd round Flames pick into a first round Flames pick.

Blues were 1-1 against Dallas this year in 5-on-5 hockey. Their other 3 wins came via 3-on-3 OT and the shootout.
One of those Blues wins came courtesy of the ref deflecting the puck off his skate in the corner right to a Blues player in front of the net. The Stars played the Blues 3 times this year on the 2nd night of a back2back.

Two pretty even teams, with Dallas having the home ice advantage, better offense, and playoff experience (Seguin, Oduya, Sharp, Spezza, Goligoski, and Eaves all having been to the Cup Finals), and St. Louis having the better defense and goaltending. Could be anybody's series.

Does Seguin play? Can Kari play at a higher level? Do the Blues have confidence after beating Chicago, or will they be worn down? Hope Elliott has some real stinkers in this series.

If I knew Seguin was playing, I would have picked the Stars to win.

Even if he plays, he's nowhere near 100%. Achilles injuries aren't things they should be rushing a guy back from to begin with, and it can take weeks or even months of gameplay to get back to normal.

I wouldnt expect much from him if he did play any at all. Good thing the Stars have multiple 30+ goal guys on the team. Spezza and Jamie will have to pick up the slack. While Janmark isn't Tyler, he was fine in the Minny series. Blues D and Elliott are good but I still see the Stars offense getting their chances, gotta make em count and their ST will have to be good as well

Geez, you gotta feel for P. Harrold of the Blues, bad enough being scratched once, but twice?

All tied up in Big D as Shattenkirk tickles the twine.
