Kris Bryant left yesterday's game with "flu like symptoms"

How hungover do you have to be to leave a game in the 3rd inning?
The Great Bambino would pound a scotch, smoke a cigar and have 2 strippers on his lap the night before a game then go out there and hit 3 homeruns.

So now to my real question.. who's in charge of keeping him away from ballpark village this week? They have some great bars there and the women's world cup is on. When Maddon was coaching in Tampa Bay he did say he'd love to go over there after he got ejected, I hope they find their way over there.

But for real, good luck this series and I'm glad the rivalry is in full swing again.

I can't honestly say I saw this coming, but it has been a hell of a season for the Cubs up to this point. It's bound to happen with such a young team that they collectively run out of steam and have a little slide around June/July, but with some of the veteran presence that they have in that clubhouse I didn't think it would happen.

I hope they keep getting better, the better the division is the better we all perform in the playoffs. Good luck to you guys until we see you again and we'll try and take care of the White Sox!
