You gotta be kidding me. Now prosecuters want him rearrested and held for the trial, which potentially could send him to prison for 20 years. That was his second DUI arrest and he was more than double the legal limit!

I'm for marijuana rights and believe it should be legal however right now in Texas, its not. Awaiting trail for the death of his friend due to the result of his actions and he is out getting high shows his irresponsibility to live by the laws of society. It's only a matter of time before he gets behind the wheel high or drunk, again. Dude needs to be locked up.
