Said NCAA FORCED PSU to accept the Freeh report and that Freeh report stated there were no NCAA violations. This supports Wick Sollers and the cramdown theory. If this is the case, they can wipe their ass with that consent decree, especially since it was never approved by the BOT nor as the Freeh report. Looking better and better everyday for a sanction free season
