I think the opposite about App State. There’s no motivation for them in this game. They had their best year ever and they’re stuck playing UAB in the same bowl as last year.

They’re the better team, and will wipe the floor with them if they show up though. I’ll probably have them in the high 20s though

Why?

Didn't get the NY6 game. This isn't a team full of 5* NFL caliber guys. I think they're gonna show up and absolutely destroy UAB to show the committee they deserved higher billing.

It's all about next year. When you're a team like Appy State who is still an unknown despite having success since coming to the FBS, they need to leave a good final impression. They're already facing a challenge losing their head coach, so I think they come out pissed off an motivated. I think it's over by halftime.

They can’t really prove anything to the committee beating UAB though. They destroyed Middle Tennessee last year and went to overtime against Penn State in Happy Valley and it didn’t help them one bit this year.

They're still a team on the rise though. If they take a bowl game off and lose to a team like UAB, I think that's a step back for them. Yeah, UAB isn't a power, but it's a solid team, and I think Appy knows they have to take every game like this serious.

Agree with the AppSt pick.
I haven't looked at the line-up yet, but I probably won't have them at 41. They will be a high pick, tho.
The other two are fcs that their CC doesn't go to the fcs playoffs. The only thing I know about the two is, a 7-5 McNeese St. beat Alcorn St. during the reg. season. And really, at 7-5, McNeese wasn't a very good team. They were using a brand new batch of coaches, from the HC on down.. I'm going with NC AT, but not too high.
