Conference Rankings after week 2

1. SEC - Nothing changed from this week.
2. Pac 12 - I think clearly established themselves as the #2 conference with Oregon beating MSU. UCLA's struggles are a little perplexing.
3. Big 12 - Toss up with the ACC. Give them a slight edge because Baylor is better than the 2nd best team in the ACC IMO. Have K State and Okie State as top 25 caliber teams.
4. ACC - Huge day for Va Tech. Laying claim to maybe the 2nd best team in the conference. Still have Clemson and Duke who are both top 25 caliber teams IMO
5. B1G - Might be lucky to be in this spot. Laid 3 eggs in the 3 biggest games yesterday. Luckily went 2-2 against #MACtion. Needed a miracle to beat an FCS school with 20 seconds to go. Feel bad for MSU. They should run the table and it won't mean jack shit.

I think you should have had the B1G Sixth with Independents in the number 5 spot.

Probably not, but they would have wins over teams that had a lot of quality wins. Would you be able to say the same for Michigan State?

I wouldn't need to if Oregon and Michigan St both run the table the rest of the way, and Michigan St wins like they should against those inferior opponents.

Because I think they have basically no shot of being in the playoff because the rest of the conference is garbage. They lost early last year and still had a chance to beat a good Ohio State team in the CCG. I actually think they looked okay yesterday in their game.

Samurai, I had a great time meeting the MSU fans. We had a great tailgater with a group.

MSU has a very good team. Just came up a little short. We will see you in E. Lansing next year.

I would put ACC at the 3 spot don't see Petty's health holding out over the whole season and let's face it Baylor is suspect away from home. That leaves the Big 12 with one real contender and I'm not sure VT doesn't beat Baylor or Okie State. Personally I haven't written off Clemson completely either but could be wrong.
