This is pure speculation but it can go in our favor I'm assuming Kelly is creating as much cap room as possible to go heavy in FA to load up on big name defensive players like maxwell mcccourty and even suh that way when they trade up to get the qb it makes the transition for the qb a little easier so that the defense will do the bulk of the work this coming season
